Low priority either means that the upgrade is barely noticeable, or the unit overall is pointless. Within these categories the units aren't ranked and go by level, because which one in particular is absolute top priority is often situational. Castle: High priority: Archer, Swordsman, Angel. Mid priority: Pikeman, Gryphon.
For the faction in other games, see Necropolis. "Life is change, chaos, filth and suffering. Death is peace, order, everlasting beauty." The Necropolis is a faction in Might & Magic: Heroes VI. Priest are bad, but you have an excellent first level unit, a great range attacker and 2 of the best units in the game (angles and Calvary) Dungeon- Expensive, and hard to use especially against experienced players, but the class is by far one of the more aggresive ones.
